Porter Family Contracting Inc has an immediate openings for its Sales Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our continued growth by using our proven sales training to provide the ultimate customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and outgoing, self disciplined personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Construction Experience a Plus
• Sales Rep experience a Plus
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Optimistic individual with a passion for obtaining goals and results
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred
• Proficient computer skills and general knowledge of data entry
• Valid Drivers license required

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote Porter's offerings to prospective buyers
• Participation in ongoing sales training
• Ensure a positive and professional experience at all times
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals
• Manage client data in CRM
• Collaborate effectively with all team members and ensure understanding of all products and services offered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
