About the Role:

We are seeking Field Sales Representatives to act as a Brand Ambassador for our client AT&T to grow our Residential Door-to-Door sales within respective neighborhoods. Powered by state-of-the-art fiber optic and wireless networks, AT&T delivers world-class entertainment and communications services across the United States. If you are a motivated and results driven individual, who chases goals and big dreams, we want you to join our winning team!


Heres where you come in

  • Increase sales of AT&T Fiber Internet and Cellular Phone Services to current AT&T residential customers
  • Be provided with quality lead lists within targeted neighborhoods. Get to know your customer prior to ever approaching their home
  • Prospect and sell AT&T services within a rotational territory in and around the greater Houston area - spanning the Southwest to Northwest corridors
  • Drive solutions that fit our customers lifestyle, delivering a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Attend weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results
  • Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of our client, AT&T

  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience an asset
  • Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid drivers license
  • Ability for frequent travel across your assigned territory as required
  • Fulltime work schedule; Tuesday through Friday 12:00pm 8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am 6:00pm to maximize customer contact
  • Must have own vehicle to transport self to various different residential neighborhoods


Compensation:

  • Base Pay + UNCAPPED Commission + Sales Bonuses earning $40,000 to $100,000 or more depending on performance paid bi-weekly
  • Commission and Sales Bonus is paid on top of base salary and paid on a per-unit activation
  • Mileage Reimbursement
  • Cellphone Allowance
