Position Overview:
We seek an experienced Toyota Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, particularly within the Toyota brand, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction. As a pivotal team member, you will assist customers throughout their car-buying journey, from initial inquiries to vehicle delivery, while consistently achieving sales targets and fostering lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally and courteously to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Showcase our extensive inventory of Toyota vehicles and provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to prospective buyers, highlighting key selling points and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing accurate product information and pricing details.
- Conduct virtual vehicle tours and video presentations to showcase our inventory of Toyota vehicles and highlight key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online leads through regular follow-up communication and personalized engagement.
- Work collaboratively with our finance department to facilitate the completion of sales transactions, including financing and leasing options.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs or questions.
- Stay informed of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and Toyota product updates to communicate with customers and drive sales effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales & internet sales, preferably within the Toyota brand.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer engagement tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in an online sales environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales tools is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
