Job Title: Director of Corporate Health Insurance Sales
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: Base dependent on experience plus commission
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Envita Health is embarking on a groundbreaking endeavor with the launch of a new division, drawing upon over two decades of industry expertise to redefine healthcare. As the Director of Corporate Health Insurance Sales, you'll be instrumental in driving this transformative initiative forward. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the adoption of our innovative insurance solutions among businesses and brokers, showcasing how our offerings prioritize the health outcomes of employees while freeing companies from the constraints of traditional insurance models.
In this role, you'll actively engage with businesses to set sales meetings, analyze customer needs, and tailor our unique insurance program to align with their requirements. Your expertise in consultative sales will be crucial as you educate new customers on the benefits of our offerings and foster long-term relationships through diligent follow-up and engagement. Collaborating closely with our executive and marketing teams, you'll play a key role in achieving company growth objectives while ensuring seamless implementation and enrollment communication for our clients.
Specific Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and target businesses to set sales meetings
Analyze customer needs and market suitable products and services that align with their requirements
Educate new customers on our unique insurance program
Foster long term relationships through diligent follow up and engagement
Collaborate with the executive team and marketing team to achieve targets
Assist with the implementation and enrollment communication and logistics
Design presentations and educational material for the onboarding process per customer needs
Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
Stay informed about industry regulations and changes in healthcare policies that may impact our offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback from clients and continuously improve our products and services.
Required Qualifications:
Valid and Current Health Insurance Broker License for the state of AZ or willingness to work towards getting a Health Insurance Broker License
Experience working with self-funded or level-funded insurance plans is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA and ACA.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a healthcare or insurance-related field.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Experience with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
Bachelors Degree or higher
5+ Years of Relevant Sales Experience
