Growing industrial parts distributor is looking for a Sales Director. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role preferably in the industrial distribution or related industry
- Strong knowledge of account management principles and practices
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing large deals
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proven track record in business development and expanding market share

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
