Overview:
Pro-Tech a division of EQI Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Perform quote follow up, place and expedite orders, and close orders
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

- Travel required 35%

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Strong proactive skills with a track record of successful outbound calling
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools

- Proficient in using MS Business Central

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
