Northstar Surfaces is a growing wholesale distribution company of natural stone surfaces and sinks for countertops, based in Columbus, OH. Currently there is an open positions for Customer Service Representative. The following are some of the expected duties to be performed and qualifications required to perform the tasks:

Duties:

> Help customers ( home owners) with countertop selection process.

> Create invoices and coordinate with customers(business customers) and drivers for daily orders and schedule deliveries.

> Communicate with customers and team members courteously and professionally via emails and phone calls.

> Keep the showroom clean and organized. Perform other tasks as assigned professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:

> Self-motivated who can work independently as well as a team player.

> Ambitious to move up the corporate ladder

> Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

> Quick learner of new software and office procedures.

> At least high school diploma

> Good oral and written communication skills in English

Salary: $16.00/hr. - $18.00/hr.
