We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our successful outside sales force and contributing to Viking's continued growth in the Latin-American market.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Partner with our outside sales executives to handle inside sales tasks for various Viking products, including trade, tradables, life rafts, PPE, Boats & Davits, and more.
• Become a product expert! Develop in-depth knowledge of our extensive product line and confidently demonstrate and explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Build strong relationships with both customers and our network of service partner stations, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Embrace technology to seamlessly handle customer interactions, quotes, and orders through SAP, SHIPSERV, and WEBc systems.
• Take ownership of your success! Set and exceed sales goals, actively identify and qualify leads, and continuously refine your sales skills to achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
• A passion for sales and the marine industry is a plus.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
