Rare opportunity to propel your real estate sales career! T&R Properties is constructing 45 ultra-high-end condominiums with Imperial River frontage in Bonita Springs, FL. Sales price start at approximately $1 million +. This community also includes 32 boat slips (boat dock condominium) with units that are also to be sold.

T&R is seeking a skilled and dedicated Luxury Condominium Sales Associate to sell condominiums and perform promotional tasks and timely follow-up with prospective buyers to maximize sales absorption, revenue, and to meet/exceed established budget parameters. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• List, market and sell newly constructed condominiums.
• Provide exceptional home buying experience by educating customers on our community and products.
• Facilitate regular and effective communication with our buyers, ensuring their satisfaction and comprehension of the process from contract initiation to closing.
• Drive traffic through strategic relationships with real estate professionals, referrals, and various networking and marketing channels.
• Leverage technology, including social media marketing, to efficiently manage business operations.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports, delivering regular updates to the Director of Operations.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• On-site, new construction condominium sales experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and explain Purchase Agreements, Reservation Agreements, and Condominium Declaration and Restrictions to prospective buyers.
• Superior verbal communication skills, high enthusiasm and proven sales techniques.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.; minimum of 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience in the local market; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM and other systems
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
