Water Filtration Systems Sales & Marketing Manager

Water filtration system manufacturing company in Riveria Beach, FL seeks a dynamic individual with a strong working knowledge of water filtration systems to lead their organization's Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments. In this role, you'll develop and implement strategic sales plans on both national and international levels, create innovative marketing promotions to expand the companys product markets, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving profitability.

This is a full-time opportunity where you will earn $80,000 or more per year, depending on your experience. Plus, you will be eligible for health insurance, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, a 401k retirement plan and more.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in water filtration systems to develop and strengthen sales and marketing plans, achieve sales goals and profit margins, as well as:

• Meet with key clients and assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Create innovative marketing promotions that lead to the development of new product markets.
• Analyze market trends and propose expansion opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts and variance reports.
• Mentor sales and customer service teams, maintain distribution channels and ensure teams meet performance standards.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure product compliance and follow through on project completion.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings.

To qualify for this Sales and Marketing Manager opportunity, you must have an in-depth knowledge of water filtration systems. Prior sales and marketing experience is a huge plus. In addition, you must have:

• A valid Passport and the ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally for business.
• A masters degree in business marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Syspro.
• Strong negotiating and presentation skills.
