Now Hiring Commerical Outside Sales Representative

Location: Westwood, CA

Base Salary: $45k - $55k with commission

Industry: Construction, Commerical Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of sales and construction site plans. The product sold is installed at time of building installation.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the designated market
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Previous experience in business development or account management preferred
- Skilled with walking construction sites for design plans
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
