Job Description

Bloomingdale's Watch and Jewelry Repair is hiring a Retail Sales Manager and Technician. Many of our long-term employees enjoy the opportunity to help customers restore treasured heirlooms.

Retail Sales Manager (Watch and Jewelry Repair) Responsibilities

• Replace batteries in watches
• Perform other minor watch and jewelry repair
• Sell major repair services to be sent out to our workshop
• Sell add-on services
• Cover other locations when required

Retail Sales Manager (Watch and Jewelry Repair) Qualifications

• 1 year experience with sales and excellent customer service skills
• Enthusiasm about watches and jewelry
• Dexterity working with your hands
• Flexible schedule is a plus.
• Willing to learn new skill
• Must work Saturdays, Sunday availability is a plus
