Please note: Candidate must be available to regularly work weekends to be considered for employment.

Compensation opportunity: Hourly base plus commission up to $20 per hour based on performance. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in multiple North Atlanta locations. (Alpharetta; Roswell; Buckhead; Brookhaven; Dunwoody; Sandy Springs) This is a 30-45 hours per week position.

What experience are we looking for?

Must be familiar with Chiropractic care. (adjusted regularly at anytime in the past to current, is a HUGE advantage)

2/3 years of sales experience in big box or small box retail, or a face-to-face B2C environment (membership models are a huge advantage)

1 to 2 years in commission or, base plus commission compensation business models

Not afraid to engage sincerely, consistently, and compassionately with our patient base.

Willing to build your personal skill sets and your resume beyond typical retail environments by using those same learned skills in a HIPPA compliant medical setting.

Mid-level computer skills with the ability to complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Unlike many organizations in todays world, we are committed to training as a part of our everyday ongoing business. We are a 7day a week business with 7day a week on call managers and co-workers to assist. You are required to complete online Corp Joint training before you start in clinic training. You are scheduled for 5-6 half days of one-on-one training with managers in the clinic prior to being at a desk on your own. Each week for the first few months you will be scheduled with a manager to support you in ongoing training.

Essential Responsibilities are to:

Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.

Gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.

Greet members and patients upon arrival.

Answering phone calls

Re-engaging inactive members

Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions

Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members

Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace

Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages

Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following managers policies, procedures and direction

Willingness to learn and grow

Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool

Office coordination or marketing experience a plus! (This position is NOT management and does not supervise other employees.)

Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
