We are seeking stylish, customer and merchandising-focused specialists to join our team!

**RETAIL EXPERIENCE AND RESUME REQUIRED**

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in selecting clothing, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience.

2. Stay knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and styles to offer expert advice.

3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and using our employee-client communaction app.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling of additional products.

5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.

6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

7. Stay informed about promotions, events, and upcoming collections to share with clients.

8. Uphold the company's image and standards by adhering to the dress code and professional conduct.

Requirements:

One year of retail sales experience is a requirement for this position.
