Work Responsibilities:

As the Sales Analyst, you will:

• Assist internal and external customers with account management, including line reviews, sales performance, metrics, promotion, and inventory recommendations.

• Work independently or with a cross-functional team to mine, collate, and analyze data to drive business decisions.

• Act as the main point of contact between various departments within our retail and business unit partners.

• Build and present in-depth monthly/quarterly business reviews for various partners.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to better meet the needs of our customers.

• Prepare action-oriented reporting to drive sales, identify opportunities and sales trends, and make recommendations for action based on analysis.

• Provide first level support to business clients when issues arise.

• Compile information, develop correlations on historical data, run regression analysis, and can measure impact on key KPIs across various business channels.

• Prepare summaries of relevant data for distribution to appropriate end users.

• Manipulate data in a fast-paced environment to gather quick insights, visualize the data, and generate interactive reports and dashboards for the team.

• Develop a strong statistical background and keen analytical mind to provide insights from large and varied omni channel data sets to understand the impact on sales.

• Prioritize effectively and work independently as well as be a strong team player.

• Develop knowledge in business situations and company policies and procedures to advance in your career.

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

• Bachelors degree with a concentration in a business-related field preferred.

• 1-3 years experience working in a data or analytics-based role required. Experience in supply chain or forecasting a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including skills with reporting software and business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel).

• Ability to blend data from multiple data sources and build data visualizations from raw data.

• Experience creating visuals, understanding what the data is telling and gleaning actionable insights, story-telling and presenting data to multiple levels of the organization.

• Experience with retail metrics, math and/or predictive analytics is a plus.

• Ability to build and foster strong customer relationships.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.
