Responsibilities:
Internet Sales Coordinator Summary:
  • Based in the Vancouver, WA corporate office with the possibility of a hybrid schedule in the future, weekends is a must. Accountable for generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads. Accountable for providing an extraordinary experience for all internet generated customer traffic.
Internet Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive experience for our internet customers and be able to guide them through Lennar's consultative sales process via email, online live chat, SMS, phone calls, video, and face-to-face meetings
  • Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating the desire for internet customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers (WHC)
  • Ability to multi-task and provide immediate or same day response to all internet customer requests
  • Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings, sales process, and incentive opportunities
  • Qualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), budget, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed
  • Follow up with internet customers per the follow up program outlined by your division
  • Partner with the on-site New Home Consultants (NHC) as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers through throughout the sales process
  • Multi-tasking & generating a viable sales prospects/appointment while effectively capturing the customers needs and making appropriate recommendations and convert into a Welcome Home Center visit.
  • Have a competent understanding of the division's product and community offerings and incentive opportunities at all times
  • Regularly work in and around Lennar communities, including, primarily, WHC
  • Monitor website data, digital photography, illustrations and virtual tours on Lennar.com and other Lennar affiliated websites
  • Attend all company sales meetings, phone banks and training programs
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education & Additional Qualifications:
  • Valid real estate salesperson's license as required by state
  • Team Player
  • Basic computer skills required- Web browsing, spreadsheets, webs scheduling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills (professional, friendly, and efficient)
  • Two (2) - four (4) years experience in the homebuilding industry
  • Plus-Ability to problem solve & self-manage activities with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience
  • Escrow and mortgage financing a plus
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
  • Accept constructive feedback


Physical Requirements
:

  • This is primarily a sedentary position. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment, extensive phone and computer communication with customers is required. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
