Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Sales: Generate leads, engage with potential customers, and convert opportunities into sales. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
• Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns. Provide expert guidance on roofing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our family-oriented team, collaborating with colleagues, crews, and office staff to ensure seamless communication and support.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of outside sales experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.

• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
