We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Kitchen Design and Sales Specialist/interior designers to join our showroom team.

Position Overview: As a Kitchen Design and Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional kitchen and bath spaces that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. Your role will involve greeting customer who visit our showroom, understanding the clients' needs, and guiding them through the entire design and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Passionate Design: Bring your creative genius to the table, conceptualizing and designing innovative kitchen and bath spaces that showcase a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics.

Client Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements. Your ability to connect on a personal level will be crucial in delivering a tailored and memorable design experience.

Sales Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by effectively communicating the value of our products and services, guiding clients through product options, and providing expert advice to facilitate confident decision-making. Follow up and maintian your sales funnel.

Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between design, sales, and installation teams. Your attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering projects on time and built accutely to fit the spaces we designed for.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the kitchen and bath space. Your expertise will enable you to make informed recommendations to clients and contribute to our reputation for cutting-edge design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, with a portfolio showcasing your creative is preffered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• A genuine passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with microsoft and google workspace products.
• Follow up skills and ability to organize your sales funnel/leads
• confidence in presenting products and services and assertiveness in negotating and closing deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
