Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:
- Assisting customers via phone, internet, and in person.
- Leading the floor in vehicles sold.
- Learning our inventory as well as mastering the cars that we specialize in.
- Ability to master and follow a simple process designed to value your time as well as the clients time.
- Expert level CRM knowledge.
- Intermediate or higher computer skills.
- Ability to learn and master supervisory duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to learn fast and think on your feet.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer information
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or similar role in the industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Minimum 5 years experience in a franchise or large independent dealer in the Chicago Market.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
