Full description of the position

This position will the support the Regional Sales manager, Operations manager, Assist Territory sales managers with following up with customer requests. Follow up with customers after orders are entered.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers with sales presentations using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits.

Answers and appropriately directs customer calls.

Obtain detailed information from customers for Sales Representatives to follow-up on and set appointments.

Capture traffic information and provide to management.

Enter accurate quotes into PQM and link with CRM.

Review and process orders and submit to Order Entry along with all necessary forms.

Monitor Last Revision Dates to ensure timely receipt and delivery of orders.

Coordinate delivery with customers and Operations.

Make customer service calls including: verifying the need date, notifying customer of last revision date,

Scheduling deliveries, following up after delivery and discussing Customer Satisfaction Rating program.

Assist with filling out and submitting forms and other paperwork.

Administers, verifies and communicates accurate product or customer information by researching needs and questions with customers, service ,fulfillment team, sales representatives and management,.

Monitor backordered products to insure prompt delivery.

Work with the Service Team to handle walk in service requests and forward service calls to the Service Team.

Maintain showroom for cleanliness and neatness to ensure a favorable setting for all customers.

Order literature and office supplies.

Assist in training of new Territory Sales Managers or employees in other departments.

Process customer payments in an accurate and timely fashion.

Follow all safety practices.

Generate ideas for improving efficiency or cutting cost.

Requirements:

Ability to enter and obtain information from computer systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
