As an Inside Sales Executive at Weed Man, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward by acquiring new customers and fostering lasting relationships with existing clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Generate new customers through various channels, including SEM, PPC campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Presenting our products and services in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Keeping in touch of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborating effectively within our close-knit team.

This is an in-person position at our office located at 13th & Ridge, however, we are open to a balance of work from home and in the office after training. The schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday hours if necessary. This is all planned ahead of time and you would have ample notice. Hours can be adjusted after training, however, during training they will be from 10:00 am 6:00 pm.

$15 hourly pay + commission of sales. You should make $20-25 an hour. Hourly wage paid weekly and commission wage paid monthly.
