Business Development Manager Overview

The Job Center Staffing is looking to hire a self-starter Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) within a fast-paced environment in Bedford, TX. This is a great opportunity to apply and grow your relationship building, and communication and interpersonal skills. This Business Development Manager is a critical role within The Job Center, responsible for generating new business, maintaining and expanding current business, and developing key client relationships. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help one of our fastest growing offices in a large market.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation Utilize strategic and research skills to Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Client Relationships Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, addressing their pain points and objectives.
  • Sales Presentations Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
  • Sales Quotas and Targets Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets with a sales-driven mentality.
  • Activity and KPI Continuously track and report sales performance, utilizing CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms.
  • Focused Time Management Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals.

Requirements of a Business Development Manager

  • Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, entrepreneurship or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience in sales or a related field is required.

  • Self-Starter Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
