Position Summary: Case Managers will engage closely with clients, collaborate with third parties, liaise with providers, and communicate with insurance companies. Proficiency in computer use, familiarity with general office duties, and excellence in verbal and written communication are essential. Their duties include conducting detailed research, as well as collecting and organizing documents and information efficiently. As our caseload increases, we are looking for someone who is organized, professional, reliable, and dedicated to supporting our efforts to fulfill our clients' requirements. In exchange, you'll join a diligent team, enhancing your industry skills and knowledge.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform data entry duties
• Gather information and documents from clients and other sources
• Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
• Maintain and organize electronic case files
• Perform additional duties as required by the Case Manager Supervisor.

Experience/Requirements:

• Full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
• Ability to speak clearly on the phone required
• Strong customer service skills
• Legal experience including experience with clients preferred
• Personal Injury experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
• Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
• Team-oriented
