Responsibilities:

Work with either buyers or sellers as a consultative salesperson

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts

Prospect for new clients daily

Host open houses and other events

Prepare market analysis to help determine property value

Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Effective lead follow-up

Attend networking and community events

Become the local expert in your area

Leverage systems at a high level

Participate in position-related training and education

Qualifications:

Georgia Real Estate Salesperson

Team player

Self-motivated and independent

Professional in attitude and appearance

Ability to build rapport with clients

Coachable

Learning-based

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Social Media knowledge

Must have a valid drivers license and access to a car

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
