Sunbelt Staffing is expanding our team to meet the needs of the growing education staffing market. We are looking for Account Executives for our Education team in Tampa, FL.

About the Role:

• Be a liaison between healthcare providers and institutions to develop quality relationships
• Collaborate with diverse team of professionals on contracts
• Utilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms and our own CRM to build your own book of business
• Negotiate contracts
• Develop strategic advertising plans to develop new business
• Achieve and succeed sales goals- we put you on a success track from Day 1!
• Plan and organize your daily activities to optimize time to meet quotas

Your skills and qualifications:

Required:

• Coachability: We look for those individuals who are adaptable, self-motivated, ambitious, and have a continuous learner mindset

• Bachelors degree

Preferred:

• Sales or hospitality experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
