Select Medical is seeking a Real Estate Manager to provide temporary support to our Outpatient Division. Responsibilities:

Temporary Position/ On-Site
Select Medical is seeking a Real Estate Manager to provide temporary support to our Outpatient Division.
- Notifies appropriate departments, individuals, and subcontractors of lease term lengths, dates, renewal and termination options, tenant improvement allowances, and critical dates.
- Drafts lease amendments, license agreements, renewal option letters, vacate and termination letters, distribution emails, and other documents as necessary.
- Maintains database of clinics with therapy pools and lease language regarding financial responsibility for removing pools and restoring the area upon vacating the premises.
- Maintains Construction Status Report (CSR), ensuring data relating to lease document status, proforma approval data, and landlord and Select contributions to construction budget are recorded correctly.
- Maintains Project Savings Report (PSR) ensuring that savings resulting from lease negotiations are calculated correctly for each project and each Real Estate Manager.
- Maintains Master Expiration Report, ensuring that expiration dates, notice dates for renewal options, site data, and notes on renewal negotiations, directions from Operations, and site maintenance needs are correctly reflected.
- Collects data from PSR, CSR, Real Estate Managers, and Lease Administration, and drafts Quarterly Reports for Vice President of Real Estate.
Qualifications:
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and real estate databases.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong application skills, management of multiple personnel and an ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Bachelors degree.
