Responsibilities:

- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Educate clients on insurance options and help them make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Skills:

- Bilingial-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
