We are professional, agile and our goal is to be responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing activities of properties, including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiation, and tenant relations. Ensuring that properties are leased to qualified tenants and that occupancy rates are maximized. .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Create eye-catching property listings for various platforms, such as websites, social media, and real estate portals. Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background and credit checks, and verifying references. Evaluate applicants based on established criteria and lease policies. Make recommendations to property owners or management regarding tenant selection. Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants including rent rates, lease duration, and security deposits. Prepare lease agreements and ensure that all required documents are completed accurately and signed by both parties. Maintain positive relationships with current tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and renew leases as needed. Handle lease terminations, move-outs, and security deposit refunds according to lease agreements and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant information, and rental payments. Prepare reports for property owners or management regarding property occupancy, leasing activities, and financial performance. Stay informed about federal, state, and local landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Ensure that all leasing activities comply with these laws and regulations. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to adjust rental rates and leasing strategies accordingly. Make recommendations for property improvements or updates based on market insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.39 - $22.00 per hour
