We're seeking motivated Independent Sales Associates to join our team in various markets across Central Texas. As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and territory while representing Legacy Roofing Pros. You'll be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals with homeowners seeking roofing solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct sales presentations to homeowners
• Provide accurate estimates and proposals for roofing services
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Maintain regular communication with customers and the internal team
• Utilize our online dashboard for efficient lead management and reporting

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed independently
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
