An international telecommunications component manufacturer in San Diego, CA area is searching for a Sales Account Manager responsible for managing technical relationship with accounts in a given territory. Sound like the job for you? Then do read on

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts to achieve long-term success with clients
• Develop relationships within existing customer base
• Coordinate with insides sales and technical personnel to maintain current clients with also developing new opportunities
• Determine and track sales account goals in line with company objectives
• Act as customer liaison and maintain sales forecasting

Requirements:

• BA in Business, technical degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in telecommunications industry
• At least 5 years of experience with fiber optic connectors, cable assemblies or related electro-mechanical devices
• Experience with related OEMs is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 50 percent
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
