Established General Contractor - Roofing - Kitchens & Bathrooms Company$55k-65k first year minimum expected income$80k-$120k+ year 2-3+Summary: My client produced over $9mill in sales a with just 5 full time sales reps in 2023 without any advertising.... This is an awesome classic door to door sales gig where you will only be working 25 hours per week as an average throughout the year. Your job is to generate free roof inspections for homeowners. Also Kitchen and Bathroom set appointments. The homeowners will be able to opt in via QR code.

A) Roofing: We file insurance claims on behalf of homeowners who have roofing damage. They pay nothing if we don't get them approved. You simply set an appointment for free roofing inspections. Then we handle it from there.... No closing required on your behalf.... No climbing roofs required....

B) Our remodeling craftsmanship is of the highest quality & our cost is competitive.... Set the free appointment & let us handle the rest....The roofing inspections appointments door to door canvassing will generate consistently $1k+ per week in income after the first 1-2 weeks.

The closing cycle to get paid is typically 2-3 weeks from the initial point of contact. 65% of our business is from referrals from satisfied customers who give 5 star reviews on Yelp & Facebook.

You will start to receive referrals typically within 6 months from the completion date from homeowners.... Expected Commissions from canvassing is $1,000 weekly. Required experience & preferences. You must be relentless going door to door.... If not you will fail....Must have a positive can do attitude.... If not you will fail....Must be self motivated & hard working.... If not you will fail.

Bartenders, Waiters, School Teachers, Semi Retired, Veterans, Contractor/Handyman, Athletes, Average Joes, Soccer Moms, & any blue collar worker with a clear English speaking voice excel in this industry. Expectations:

Monday - Thursday 2pm - 8pm/dark out in the field door to door canvassing Saturday noon-5pm/dark door to door Must be professional in appearance....Must say & do exactly what we teach you....Must have reliable transportation.

Benefits are Off every Major Holiday Off every Sunday & Friday, Off work when it is raining, snowing, high winds, lighting, below 50f, or above 90f..... Realistic $100-150k income consistently working what will average out to be 28 hours or less per week....We are very selective in our interview process focussing on personality & appearance over achievements....
