We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team here at Consumer Attorney Record Services (CARS). As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

IMPORTANT: This position will require overnight traveling to legal conferences across the US and Mexico (roughly 20% of the month).

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee vendor marketing team to ensure regularly scheduled content is posted to our social media sites and our websites stays updated with our latest offerings
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Oversee campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into sales and marketing strategies
• Source company swag and appropriately ship it to events as needed

Requirements:

• Strong product management skills with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies
• Proven track record in sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Compensation: A base salary with commission to be determined.
