Property Management Firm is seeking an enthusiastic team player to assist in Lease up for a New Affordable Housing Property in Utica, NY. This would require initially certifying new residents and performing daily operational duties for rental office. Must have strong customer service, Microsoft Office computer experience and organizational skills. Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Leasing experience needed. ESSHI Experience helpful. Full time position, salary based on experience with an excellent benefit package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
