What you will need to do:

Participate in accountability meetings

Work within our lead development platform

Provide value at every client meeting and correspondence

Maintain Contact Management Database with updated client information

Hold buyer consultation meetings

Preview homes with clients

Become an expert on the local market

Master contracts

Negotiate contracts

Daily business development activities

Close leads at appointments

Qualifications:

Virginia Residential real estate license (MD, DC optional)

High level communication skills

Self starter, organized and professional

Access to reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation package:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
