We are actively looking for Project Consultants (Outside Sales Representatives) to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets. This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field. Primary duties include; running appointments, performing ride-along appointments, conducting inspections, attending sales meetings weekly, training, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

About You:

• Must be comfortable walking on a roof
• Self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Can lift/carry 50-80lbs
• Able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
• Clean driving record, required
• Background check, required
• No prior sales experience needed
• No roofing experience needed

Initial Training:

• Comprehensive 12-week paid training program
• 3 weeks classroom training, 9 weeks field training
• Lodging provided for classroom training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
