This position main goal is to assist the Director of Ecommerce Marketplace with all day-to-day business operations. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Coordinator to join the Barco family and work collaboratively with our sales team to provide the highest level of service to our customers so we can achieve the companys sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist accounts with order status, inventory status, credit memos, invoices and sample requests
- Process orders, returns, and responds to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure timely completion of daily order release and any requested reporting
- Daily communication through email with various requests from accounts
- Take a customer first approach with every project to create a best-in-class customer experience
- Prepare & analyze weekly and monthly shipping report
- Support with EDI/FTP order processing
- Collaborates with the sales team to identify needs and recommend new process enhancements
- Complete forms for new and existing customers such as setup sheets and catalog cleanup
- Attend essential sales training to understand our systems and our product assortment
- Attend and participate in sales meetings as needed
- Additional support functions as defined by the Director of Ecommerce Marketplace
Essential Job Functions:
In this role, you will be responsible for timely processing orders and the coordination and communication of customers demands to confirm delivery information and provide input and other functions of the business. Act as customer gateway to address all needs in terms of order status and account support.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the ability to work with diverse cultural background teams and contribute to building a positive work environment. High sensitivity to accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientated attitude. Tech-savvy, with strong knowledge of MS office products, especially excel.
Individual should possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to meet deadlines with individuals/departments involved. Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
Experience/Education:
- BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years work experience with sales, customer support or account management
- Strong Outlook and MS office skills with an emphasis on Excel
- Project management skills and manage multiple projects on a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- System savvy, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Command of retail math and spreadsheet formation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EDI and Full Circle would be preferred
- Experience with managing products on Amazon is preferred but not required
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with all department levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
