Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door outreach and participate in community events to educate the public about our community solar programs.
• Engage with individuals and businesses to explain the advantages of joining a local community solar farm.
• Guide potential customers through the process of enrolling in our solar programs.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to reach a broader audience and generate leads.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of state-backed solar initiatives and how they benefit the community.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently.
• Experience in direct-to-door sales or outdoor sales is highly desirable.
• Committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
