Massage Heights Summit Fair is seeking a Front Desk Sales Consultant (Lifestyle Consultant) that reports directly to Retreat Management. This position staffs the front desk area and is responsible first and foremost for Membership Sales, along with customer service and receptionist duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Create positive experience for Guests.
• Meet and exceed goals as assigned by Retreat Leadership.
• Educate guests on membership wellness programs.
• Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage and facials.
• Guest appointment management.
• Uphold Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• MUST LOVE SELLING!
• Minimum of one year of membership sales or sales experience.
• Must be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Positive and inspiring personality.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Excels in offering excellent guest service.
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver
• Available to work some nights and weekends regularly (our busiest times) including some holidays
• Proficient experience with computers and POS systems is required.
• Knowledge of spa operations and services preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
