The expectation is that a brand new agent earns a minimum of $100,000 in their first year, and we will teach you how to do that. You have no expenses and you have no risk.

This person must having the following skills:

- Excellent at building rapport

- People oriented

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good organizational skills

- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues

- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction-

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Willing to be held accountable to goals.

Job Type: Commission

Salary: $80,000.00 to $200,000.00+/year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
