Responsibilities:

Must be able to sell Auto, Home (Mostly Citizens), Flood and Commercial policies.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and customer service
- Conduct sales administration tasks such as processing applications, endorsements, and claims
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on insurance coverage options
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English and/or other languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms for clients
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Must Have a 4-40 0r 2-20 License
