Overview:

The firearms sales associate is responsible for assisting customers in the selection, purchase and safe handling of firearms and related accessories. This role requires a strong knowledge of firearms, compliance with all local, state and federal laws.

Must be able to complete all required paperwork for firearm transacations including Form 4473 and background check documentatio.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Experience in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems
- Strong technical sales skills to effectively communicate product specifications
- Basic math skills for accurate pricing and calculations
