Leading Mechanical Contractor is looking for the right candidate that can generate and secure HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical related sales with new and existing customers to increase company profitability.
Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote, Sell and Secure new and existing Accounts.
• Facilitate customer product selection
• Develop services quotations, finalize contracts
• Assist with product selection best suited to customers needs.
• Prepare, coordinate and communicate price, sale terms, job start date and service obligations to customers.
• Estimate materials from blueprints and equipment proposals provided from technicians and/or customers.
• Attend training classes when required
• Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities and/or tasks
• Responsible job and project outcome

Desired Qualifications: * Pass a Drug, background and Motor vehicle screen.

• Minimum of 3 years of Residential sales experience.
• Bachelors degree in business recommended but not required
• Some project management required.
• Speak, write and communicate in English effectively. (Bilingual a plus)
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening when required.
• Able to calculate figures and amounts
• Utilize Microsoft office products
• Learn and utilize Service Titan software.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting
• Able to read and use measuring devices
• Work directly with customers and facility directors without supervision
• Physically able to access attics and crawl spaces.
• Able to endure weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
