Full description of the position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients with a professional demeanor and courteous attitude
  • Maintain a contact list and submit weekly activity reports
  • Develop and maintain a schedule for showings and client walks
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Advise and assist with marketing and promoting Community
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Realtors serving the area
  • Work and communicate effectively with clients and the construction team
  • Assist with the loan process
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related degree
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive to exceed expectations as well as being a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn new software
  • Enjoy working with people and cultivating relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Skilled in negotiations, prospecting, marketing, and communication
  • *Must be willing to work weekends, and some evenings and holidays

*Realtors must be put their Real Estate license in inactive status if hired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
