MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for opening and closing the store securely
• Cash Management
• Lead Team in productivity and priority
• Role Model - Greet customers immediately!
• Drive sales and customer experience
• Buy used product, reinforcing the customers purchases and sales to the store. Invite customer to return to buy, sell, or trade.
• Price and tag items based on pricing and buying guidelines.
• Restock store and maintain store displays.
• Assist in setting Events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior retail Keyholder/Shift Lead experience desired (pay rate negotiable based on key holder experience)
• Proven customer service skills required.
• Ability to work well as a team member, accept constructive feedback, and follow directions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
• Merchandising experience preferred
• Sales and goal driven.
• Punctual and eager to learn

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day including (every other) weekend Sat/Sun.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance. May involve heavier lifting with assistance of team member or cart/dolly.
• Bending, rotating, and reaching customary to a retail environment; including receiving, pricing, and stocking/back stocking merchandise.
• Exposure to typical retail environment conditions and noise levels.
• Able to operate a point of sale system

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
