Southcreek Management Company is currently seeking a highly professional and organized Property Manager for a part-time role (25 hours per week) in Warsaw, KY. This position is ideal for a detailed-oriented individual who excels in managing residential properties and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of tenant relations and property upkeep.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversees and manage daily operations of the community.
• Achieve leasing objectives and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Efficiently manage and maintain a waiting list of prospective tenants.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Regularly monitor and inspect property grounds and units to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure effective management and upkeep of the community.
• Manage financial responsibilities including rent collection and deposit preparation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) guidelines and adherence to all company policies.

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Affordable Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
