North Shore-based Property Manager
Locally owned real estate firm with office in Haleiwa seeks full-time property manager for a portfolio of 120 long-term residential rentals to work directly under the Principal Broker. Looking for an honest, financially responsible team player with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, proven results, and strong client-first values. Compensation includes salary for property management plus commissions on any sales transactions, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, and holidays. All Realtor, licensing and MLS fees are paid by firm.
Minimum requirements:

• Hawaii real estate license
• registered vehicle
• clean criminal/credit background
• property management experience
• solid computer skills (Microsoft Office required; Matrix MLS and PropertyWare experience would be a plus)
• basic photography
• customer service
• knowledge of property maintenance
• real estate or other sales / customer service experience

Duties include:

• advertising, showing, and leasing vacant residential units
• screening potential tenants
• managing repairs with outside vendors
• communicating with property owners and tenants
• entering data into property management software
• managing tenant move-outs and security deposit returns
• scheduling cleaning crews and repair vendors
• promoting tenant and owner satisfaction
• developing relationships that turn into sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
