Equipment Sales Associate
The Boelter Foodservice Design and Equipment division is seeking an experienced full-time Equipment Sales Associate to assist customers in meeting their foodservice equipment needs. Customers include foodservice industry professionals as well as retail consumers seeking quality commercial and residential equipment.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Equipment Sales Associate will be trained to assess customers needs and offer products to meet those needs, as well as providing consultation on product features and benefits. In addition to in-store sales, this position may require site visits for larger scale opportunities. Associate will assist in monitoring and replenishing inventory and keeping merchandise and displays fresh.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Our equipment specialist will provide assistance to customers via telephone, email, in-store, or customer site visits. This position provides friendly, helpful, experienced advice while assisting customers with their needs and purchases.
• Must meet quarterly revenue growth and sales targets.
• An understanding of residential or commercial kitchen equipment is recommended.
• Utilize SAP system in Superstore retail environment to manage inventory and process orders.
• Maintain assigned area in the showroom; re-order samples and products as necessary.
• While performing these responsibilities, the associate must be able to lift at least 25 lbs on a regular basis.
• Associate must work Saturday and evening shifts in Superstore as assigned on rotating basis.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years customer service, sales, or food service industry experience.
• Residential equipment sales experience is a plus.
• High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Professional demeanor and communication.
• Basic computer skills
