Seeking to Hire: Commercial Real Estate / Investment Analyst (or Broker)

About The Company:

Etessami Properties is a commercial real estate and investment firm based in Great Neck, NY, specializing in a range of real estate services. We provide a cloud-based CRM platform in addition to a suite of services so the new employee can start making calls day one without the need for building up a database.

Etessami Properties has completed over 1,800 properties around the country with a focus on retail shopping centers, mixed use, apartment buildings, and single tenant NNN properties (7 Eleven, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Home Depot, etc..)

Qualifications:

Minimum One-Year Of Commercial Real Estate Experience

Google Workspace | Microsoft Excel

Highly Ambitious With An Entrepreneurial Mindset

Detail-Oriented And Comfortable Working In A Fast-Paced Environment

Responsibilities:

Making phone Calls To Source New Leads

Conduct Market Research

Obtain Property Financials And Collaborate It With Team Members

Develop And Assist In Client And Tenant Relationships

Negotiate The Acquisition / Disposition Of Real Estate Assets Nationwide

Pay: $59,437.93 - $260,000.00 per year
