S&K Staffing has been a leader in flexible staffing solutions in the Metro Detroit Area for over 40 years. As a member of our sales team, you will spend your days in the field finding new business. You will be assigned sales quotas, business development goals and must consistently stay on top of required administrative tasks with minimal supervision. With multiple offices across Metro Detroit, youll have unlimited opportunities to grow your sales career with S&K Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing, prospecting, and cold calling

Provide customer service and develop all new business accounts.

Determine the needs of prospective clients.

Closing and follow-up Continued communication to penetrate accounts and grow the business.

Qualifications

Motivated, self-starter with minimal direction required.

Outgoing, upbeat, and positive.

Exemplary communication skills.

Assertive.

Goal oriented.

Strong prospecting skills.

Ability to problem solve and critically think.

Familiar with Microsoft Outlook.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
