Job Description

• Must possess exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills
• Obtain and prepare parts quotes
• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Supply Service Technicians with parts as required
• Ability to communicate customers interests, need, and requests to management and technicians
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to appropriate individual for resolution
• Calculate the customers bill using the shops computer system
• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits, and verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of shift communicate any discrepancies
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Filing
• Perform any other special duties requested by Managers
• Regular attendance with consistent with attendance policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Auto service management: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive Service: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
